Liver detoxification

I went for medical checkup last year and found out that there is an abnormal reading pertaining to my liver. I am unsure of the reading but yesterday, one of my end users shared about liver detoxification supplement which is good to the liver. I told her about the reason behind of me stop drinking liquor (used to drink a little during the night for better blood circulation) and she told me of the supplement that have improved her mum’s condition on liver-related health problem. She even shared the supplement her mum is taking which named Milk Thistle, a product of biolife. Through I might seemed not convincing (even I am), she asked me to do survey before taking. I just made a quick search of the supplement and surprisingly, wikipedia posted the details of Milk Thistle.

Looks like I should try it and do another round of blood test to see if it does helps or improves the weird reading.
