Online Purchase Scam on Paypal funds

I got to know this from one of the infamous local forum. This is how it goes.

Person “A” sells an item with condition, only bank in cash is accepted. The same person, “A”, went and seek for paypal fund sellers. Then, person “B” is interested with the paypal fund (the trading of paypal fund is selling at lower rate). Person “C” is interested with the item Person “A” is selling. Person “A” then ask person “C” to bank in the money to Person “B” account, and once done, ask Person “B” to transfer the agreed paypal fund to Person “A” paypal’s account.

By looking at this, there might be some continuous fraud going on from Person “A” and this might ended up with much more dispute before the scam is prevail. It’s always be advisable to verify the history of a seller or buyer before proceeding any transaction.

You won’t want to have your hard earned cash goes down the drain, aight?
