Stock Option Trading, or Share Market
Stock option trading, or share market in layman term, is a term that everyone would have heard at least in our working life. To some, it were treated as alternate entertainment but majority of us would consider it as an investment. I have been introduced to the stock trading since I was young when my parent were once, actively monitoring the statistical chart (as it was how I interpreted it when I was young, now I know it was the trading price). When I grow older, I started to understand that those stock in the market would earns you huge monetary figure but if you’re not well verse with what you are doing, then you may ended up paper loss (or losing what you have invested).
I am starting to learn the types of stock option trading which would its’ set of rules where one would get prepared before venturing into the stock trading. And stock options covers:
* The capability to exercise the option and buy or sell the underlying security
* The capability to trade options
* The capability to use options as a hedge against a loss
In the initial stage like me who are just new to this stock options trading, I was curious why the stock prices would have its’ peak and lowest price and who controls it? The answer lies toward business the rule of thumb, demand and supply. When there is excessive supply, the pricing starts to drop but when there is too much demand, the price increases. So when will the price goes down so you would earn more or not lossing at a costly figure?
