Paypal limited access removed!

I have registered for a paypal account way back in the year 2005 but was not being utilised due to the strict policy of Paypal in protecting its’ consumer. However, till lately (two days ago to be exact), I remembered of the account but forgotten the password (dang!). Somehow, and luckily, I know the email addy that I used for the account and reset the password. Then, the next thing was, I even forgot my email addy password! What a day. But that does not stop me, it was another luck bestowed me that I remembered the answers toward the questions that I set for the email (in order to retrieve the password, one need to provide it).

And after wee years for not using the account, Paypal still block my access and requires me to post my utilities bill in order to verify my genuine-ty. So I quickly grab one of my bank statement and capture my name and address with the bank name (just in case they does not recognize the local bank here, I used a world bank instead, Alliance Bank).

The next two day, my account is granted back its’ full access, which means I can use it for online transactions like receiving money or pay online. That’s wonderful I must say. I recalled those days, Paypal does not have the feature where it allows the users to upload files (in this case, images) for them to proof my identity and it requires you to fax the document internationally to their office in US (if i’m not mistaken). Thumbs up for having the feature made available (it’s so much convenient that I am currently posting documents taken with my SE 750i and send them over to the respective parties when they need one instead of faxing it over as it would be really a pain when you do not have a fax machine with you at the time).

But after having the account’s access granted, I was wondering if I am able to withdraw money from Paypal (if using it only to make payment I guess would not benefits much as debit card can some how serve the purpose). And it was good news again that Paypal has already added Malaysia as one of the country which can withdraw and debit fund into it. I have even found out from Google that there are users transacting it already, meaning it’s proven! That’s awesomely wonderful!

I think I need to work out real hard now to have things move on as I have been pretty lacked behind for quite some time. It’s time now, it is.

Just in case anyone interested to read more on the feedback after using Paypal to withdraw fund, below listed the links:

Way to go, Paypal!
