Pharmaton - Ginsana®
I have been consuming it for quite sometime. It was recommended by my Dear for the sake of my frequent sleepiness or tiredness. I love to sleep but not when the sky turns dark. I’m still in a midst of darkness in figuring out why. My best guess is most probably due to my previous unhealthy sleeping period when I over spent my time for my final year project and slept at odd timing. Now that it’s been over for almost 3 years, I still can’t somehow adjust myself toward the norm which I find it hard to explain.
Although, there are times needed for me to stay up late to keep up the project in a timely manner, I’ll have to wake up on time the next morning to go for work. There’s no excuse for skip class work. Thanks to Ginsana my Dear, which introduced the abovementioned supplement pill to me. I took it to keep fight the stress and my tiredness. It worked on me and one of my colleague as well. So far there’s no sign of addiction®.
