I have opened gold accounts at both maybank and UOB. I suggest every one to use UOB, as the spread is just RM2 per gm of gold. I will transfer all my maybank gold to UOB soon, as the saving is quite big (rm7.50 vs rm2.00 per gm). I started with maybank since UOB only started the gold saving account in October 2010, while maybank has started long time ago. Good luck and don’t wait any longer, as gold is approaching US2100 per ounce very soon.
