A friend recently ask me on this. I still remember, those days in order to setup a php hosting up on windows, there are plenty of configuration to do for both the apache and php to work together. Not to mention, that have not include getting up the MySQL. But things are getting more friendly now. I thought there is 2 in 1 installer file which configures both php and apache in a PC but I was wrong. There is already 3 in 1, or 4 in 1 (for certain website like joomla has a package which comes bundled together), now! What’s more to ask for?
But installing it is one thing, configuration is next. Back to the topic, my friend was asking on ways to install PrestaShop and get it working on his windows PC. So, as usual, Google’d it and lead me to #techieTips_. It uses the WAMP, that bundles 3 in 1 software on one installation setup. So that ease much of the work. The author of that site has even posted screen capture step by step, with instructions and details of what and how you should configure, following it leads to getting PrestaShop running!
P/S: The posted guide does not include the SMTP setup on windows. If you need SMTP installation, you could head over to Microsoft site or post it here and see if I can help.

I am one of those who love to view good photos, be it on human, nature or physical objects. It reflect the moment of captures and give a memory of what have past. My interest is even more on videography where it could be played with sounds and motion. It’s all started off when I got myself a Sony Ericsson i750. Photos taken using the mobile device has far exceed my expectation (as a beginner) and I started off making a habit capturing moments for memories.
I have had my fare share of experience using different models of camera. Not that it is many but I have used Nikon and Canon. I prefer Canon than Nikon, purely base on my preference. Certainly, different users have different view on the models but that was not what I am intended to post this.
Just recently, I am fortunate to own a Fujifilm Finepix x100. I was considering to get myself a DSLR when I have enough fund for it but, well, I got it among one of my birthday gift. I guess it’s pretty much fated, to not have the luxury to own a DSLR but a compact camera. No, no, I’m not saying the x100 is any less better, but it is considered as a compact camera.
I still have alot more to learn, no doubt. The camera has too much functions and up to now, those which could be taken with “Auto” mode, are in Auto. To name a few, the aperture, shutter speed, focus and some others. I’m still new to the shooting world but hopefully, someday, I could proclaim myself a profession photographer. Ahhh, long way still.
Alright, back to the topic, I would be posting my share bit of journey in photography at Fujifilm x100 Photography. More or less in my discovery using the x100 and experience in photoshooting. Hopefully I will have more time in shooting.
