Need 2003 for porting some legacy code, 2005 for CE Platform Builder, and 2008 as its the last version to support Windows Mobile (Not Phone 7) Development, which is what I use 2010 for. My PC runs fine. Note that 2003 doesnt run well under vista+. ASP.NET is very broken on it.</description>
