Samsung Omnia i900
Been owning the handset for sometime. Haven’t really unleash its’ functionality to the max. Only addicted to it’s integrated game and have been playing Asphalt4 for sometime but stopped. Haven’t really did what I intended to do with the Windows Mobile. My main reason of getting Omnia i900 was due to my old set gave way and it bundled with Windows Mobile platform. I would prefer iPhone as alternative, given I have the capability (RE: $$$$).
So far, I have installed few software listed below:
1. Mapking 2007 + Port Splitter (for managing the GPS frequency receiving).
2. Nodata (to disable the annoying activation prompt for GPRS).
I am planning to install Garmin as an alternative to Mapking (wanted to try it out myself after hearing positive feedback from many users). Aside from that, to look for interesting UI software which would tweak the original look bundled with omnia. It should also take consideration not to hinder the performance. It would be great if someone have come up with a custom ROM which would meet most of my criteria and I will definately try to flash my almost stock (TM) omnia i900.
